I was looking for a new phone with a big bright display that was also portable at the same time. As a consumer of all the different Samsung products, I thought I would give the Samsung Galaxy S2 to see how it would go.

This device is soooo addicting. The battery life is only 4 hours long, which is very short. But if I turn it to standby mode it’ll last for 2 days. I’m currently writing this review from the phone right now! The email and the home screen is great.

Apparently, they say that when we upgrade to the 2.3.3, the phone will have improved battery life. I have decided not to upgrade my phone since they say it will overwrite all my data ?

Why I like the Samsung Galaxy S2?

This has got to be one of the best phones I’ve ever gotten. The screen is SO great. I’m not easily impressed by most phones on the market since I believe in quality and speed. This one blows ALL phone out of the water. I’ve always needed a powerful phone for my personal use and business. Noise cancellation technology built within the phone that transmits to the headphones – that makes my day. This one satisfies all my requirements. This phone hands down beats all the other.

How is the Camera on the Samsung Galaxy S2?

The camera is high quality. It is simply better than the rest. I love the 8 MP camera, along with all the cool features including Geo tagging and face detection. This has got to be the most advance camera in a while. Beats the iPhone’s new 4s camera by far. The video is high quality as well – and never ceases to impress me.
How is the WIFI?

The wifi is okay, it reminds me of an old laptop. It’s not as powerful as my laptop or my iphone, but it’s okay. The good thing is when I come across those splash pages I have to hit “enter” in order to acess them. Their Wifi is not so good. I’d give it a 4/5.

Any warranty for the Samsung Galaxy S2?

I couldn’t find anything inside the box that said we had warranty so I wasn’t sure what happens if I broke the phone. I was confused, so I asked a sales person. I found out that the phone has an “international” warranty which means that it works in every country. 5/5

How is the Samsung Galaxy S2 price?

At $561.00 for the unlocked international version – I would say it’s quite the steal. Normally these phone ranges up to $899.99. Everytime I am traveling abroad I always have this phone handy. Forget the iPhone, this is what international business people use. I am NOT an expert on smart phones but if you wanted an easy to use phone that works really well, I recommend the Samsung Galaxy S2.
